Where is your office located?
The Supporting Cast is located in the heart of New York City. For a map of our location, directions and contact information, please visit our contact page.
How do I submit my timesheet?
The Supporting Cast offers several timesheet options. The method of submitting time will vary depending on which client you are working for. For clients who utilize our OnePoint web-based time tracking service, your time is submitted via a web browser or through an electronic time clock. For clients who prefer the traditional method of paper timesheets, or who have not yet migrated to our OnePoint system, your time will be recorded and approved using a paper timesheet. You can logon to OnePoint here, or download a timesheet here.
How do I receive my pay?
We offer candidates two methods of payment: Direct Deposit or Paycards. Candidates who choose direct deposit have their pay automatically wired to their checking or savings account each week. While direct deposit is the preferred method of payment, candidates may also choose the paycard option. Paycards are similar to direct deposit but instead of a bank account, your weekly pay is automatically wired to a debit card. The debit card can be used to make purchases or withdraw money from an ATM, however, fees apply with each transaction. In our effort to go green we no longer offer paper checks as a payment option. You can learn more on our Pay Options page. To download our Direct Deposit form click here.
What is The Supporting Cast's pay schedule?
Candidates are paid every Wednesday for the previous week's work.
How do I receive my paystub?
In our effort to go green, we do not print paper check stubs. Every active Supporting Cast employee can access their paystubs and pay history online with their Supporting Cast Employee Web Services Account. Online paystubs are printable for employees that need access to a hard copy.
